Coaching Essential for Equity Work: Attended workshop offered by the Center for Diversity and Innovation. This workshop focused on developing techniques around active listening and asking curious questions as a mode of leading equity work. This was a means of preparing myself to be chair of the Faculty Committee on Diversity. - Battle Creek, MI 

Michigan LGBTQ+ Administrators Conference: This was the first conference that brought together both faculty and staff who either identify as LGBTQ+ individuals and/or work with LGBTQ+ students on their campuses. This conference established the Michigan Association of LGBTQIA+ Higher Education Professional.  - Henry Ford Community College. Dearborn, MI
