This workshop focused on developing techniques around active listening and asking curious questions as a mode of leading equity work. Michigan LGBTQ+ Administrators Conference: This was the first conference that brought together both faculty and staff who either identify as LGBTQ+ individuals and/or work with LGBTQ+ students on their campuses.
